Now I am an extreme fan of the Harry Potter books so when I think of a night bus I envision the scene at the beginning of book 3 where Harry, after leaving home, is picked up by a wizards night bus. His ride to London is chaotic with beds sliding across the floor, the bus driving on the sidewalk, and buildings magically being pushed out of the way. This bus ride was definitely not as exciting as all that but a rather comfortable ride and a cheap way to get from Edinburgh to London. The bus is full of beds, lowers that can either be singles or doubles(for couples) and upper cot like bunks. We choose the upper bunks and after situating ourselves in the bus also noticed that there was a light as well as a charging point above the beds. The trip, overall, was convenient and allowed for us to get a full night’s rest before reaching London, which turned out to be a very good idea since we had to take the tube and walk to reach our destination near the Tower Bridge.
Have fun and get some rest.
What an interesting way to travel. Looks fun.
